Sock ruffles are made with polyester tulle, and high-quality grosgrain or satin ribbon. Sizes from 7/8'' or 1 1/2" depending on the size of the ruffle and the size of the child. This item also comes complete with one pair of white cotton socks for light colors and black cotton socks for dark colors. You can choose up to 2 different ribbon colors.
