Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds. 

Even though we do not offer refunds, we do offer replacements if something is wrong with the design, or the item is the wrong size. To start the process, please email us at INFO@KAHLIMASKREATIONS.COM within 5 business days of receiving the order. We will not be able to process your replacement without an email explaining the problem with a photo attached within 5 days of receiving the order.
