We strive to send all orders out within 1-2 weeks, around holidays, processing times may be longer. Orders are all shipped with tracking included. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships. Items damaged due to shipping is not the fault of Kahlima’s Kreations. If your item is damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the item.
